Mission Driven was created to connect leaders in an intimate setting to collaborate, question and grow.
Our goal is to support you in building a tool kit of resources to help you achieve your goals.
Whether it's engaging your donors, raising funds more effectively, or inspiring your board members; our bi-monthly facilitated discussions will allow you to identify your priorities and determine the calculated steps needed for both you and your organization to succeed.
how it works
Our mastermind's consist of four participants (who are hand picked to work together) who create a dynamic balance of strengths and weaknesses. Each month you will participate in two 60-minute Zoom group deep dives, one 60-minute educational webinar, and have access to our closed Facebook group to allow for continued connection and accountability. Three-month minimum required.
Zoom group deep dives:
Every 2 weeks you will join your group on zoom for a facilitated discussion. Each participant will have 15 minutes to share updates, share wins, ask for help, revise the plan, and state the goal for the next two weeks.
Mission Driven Facebook group:
There will be a closed Facebook group for all mastermind members. This will give you an opportunity to meet with other members expanding your network beyond your personal mastermind group. You will have open access to the group, to ask questions, stay in touch, and share your expertise with others.
Webinars and Education:
Once a month there will be a guest speaker who will share their expertise on topics such as donor retention, annual giving, storytelling, virtual experiences, and maximizing resources of your board. The topics will be determined based on our member’s requests.
$97.00 a month per participant. Three-month minimum required.
New Mastermind Groups are initiated as the need arises.
